    Job Summary

    As a Content Marketing Writer, you will create content that aligns with our content strategy for solutions and products. You’ll create engaging and relevant messaging that is targeted with helpful information and user-friendly calls to action. 

    Our ideal candidate is highly creative and passionate about writing clear and engaging content, is able to distill broad concepts into concrete steps, and enjoys project management/stakeholder management. We need someone who can activate concepts across mediums and coordinate across teams. You will use your knowledge of the business and the brand to bring ideas to life. 

    Essential Functions

    • Write well-researched short and long-form content that is targeted and increases qualified traffic, linking, and engagement.
    • Create and edit content across digital marketing channels including: email, blog, website, social media and more.
    • Develop content strategy for brand storytelling across owned and paid channels.
      • Create and manage brand voice.
      • Combine creative assets (copy/design/video/etc) to improve marketing channel performance.
      • Help to concept and build creative marketing campaigns.
      • Copywriting that supports both internal and external initiatives
      • Collect and analyze metrics to refine content messaging strategies
      • Own content for brand blogs and other web copy as needed
      • Communicate with regional teams, operations, and marketing team to maximize marketing efforts globally and regionally. 
    • Use data to lead content audits and rewrites.
    • Formulate ideas for continuing to develop and improve content and strategy aimed at customer, driver, and restaurant partner audiences.
    • Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to develop content for social channels.
    • Collaborate on projects for personalization and A/B testing to learn what provides the best user experience and make necessary site updates that align to our content strategy.
    • Collaborate with video production to create and edit scripts for video content.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate branding into our product.


    Preferred Education and Experience

    1. Bachelor’s degree
    2. Marketing and writing for a consumer facing business
    3. Experience with copywriting

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
