    Job Summary:


    District Managers oversee all hiring, training and performance management of all general managers in your zone with the support of your Regional Manager. 

    Hiring Panel review

    - Understand and discuss with your markets hiring conversions goals, show rate, applicant count analysis, and churn

    • Applicants are being moved in a timely manner
    • Applicants are being touched daily
    • Cleaning up interview verdict and scheduling applicants
    • Notes are being logged


    Schedule Review

    - Look at PoP scores to dive deeper into show rate issues, staffing issues post mortem and apply to future schedule critiques

    • Humanity
    • Ensure availability requests are being reviewed weekly
    • Ensure driver photos are uploaded
    • Assist with schedule reviews

    - Understand the specific deficit the schedule is in, how many drivers and at what times

    • Ensure no overstaffing/understaffing.
    • For understaffed shifts, ensure there is focus/plan to resolve.
    • Review overtime.
    • Ensure no period of the day with less than 3 drivers scheduled.
    • Daily communication in staffing channels

    Essential Functions

    1. Assist the Regional Manager in the oversight of several markets in your area while maintaining a primary management role in your home market. 
    2. Early identification of issues, reporting them to the Regional Manager, and on-going coaching of the Market Managers. 
    3. Be available to offer assistance to markets when needed, MM vacations, hiring blitz, “911 Protocol”.  
    4. Assist launching new markets in your region 
    5. Manage communication and execution of key operational objectives - product releases, pay modifications, performance objectives etc
    6. Ensure your district complies with company policy and local / federal laws 
    7. Review Docs & Reports 3 times a week to ensure they are properly updated and monitored.

    Required Education and Experience

    1. Proven ability to hit zone operational KPI’s
    2. Strong educator and trainer
    3. Ability to master all internal operational software and hardware

    Preferred Education and Experience

    1. AA or Bachelor’s degree.
    2. One year in Market Manager role with Bitesquad
