    Boston, MA Full-Time

    We are seeking an Executive Assistant to help launch our Boston office! If you are driven to provide the highest standard of service and you thrive in a high performance environment, we want to talk with you!

    As an Executive Assistant, you have the opportunity to be directly involved in the evolution and growth that the food delivery industry is experiencing. We are looking to add new team members to help us solve challenging problems. This is a huge opportunity for someone who is ready to work hard and gain endless knowledge of our business.     Essential Functions

    • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's team behalf
    • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports
    • Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
    • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary
    • Answering incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and accurately taking messages
    • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
    • Managing the executive team’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
    • Coordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and create trip itineraries
    • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects
    • Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations

    Required Education and Experience

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
    2. 2-5 years of administrative experience. 
    3. Exceptional customer focus with strong professional acumen
    4. Google Suite features
    5. Outstanding communication skills
    6. Must possess strong interpersonal skills

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

    Travel
    Very limited travel possible if business needs arise.
