Waitr's marketplace is helping small businesses grow and acquire new customers while also bringing concierge level convenience to thousands of consumers. As Waitr Holding's Lead Brand Ambassador the main task will be assisting the Marketing Operations Associate with management of the Brand Ambassador team. Among management, you will be tasked with projects that require working cross functionally with other departments.
You must be able to communicate professionally with individuals and/or groups. Moderate travel is required for this position from time to time. Your goal is to spread brand awareness by helping to lead a team of Brand Ambassadors in dozens of markets. The Brand Ambassadors, and this role, are responsible for establishing relationships with businesses in the community, hosting local events, and marketing for our restaurant partners digitally, and with print collateral.

Essential Functions
● Effectively communicate and lead the Brand Ambassador Team
● Execute strategies guided towards successfully & quantifiably increasing order volume
● Aid restaurants in posting on social media, install web delivery links, and distribute print collateral
● Prepare and/or assist with employee schedules
● Plan & schedule marketing events
● Place orders for collateral and other print materials
● Work with multiple departments
Required Education and Experience
2-year Associate/Technical Degree or a related field, or equivalent and currently pursuing a
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertisement, management or communications is allowed
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Management

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening
and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
