    JOB DESCRIPTION
    We’re looking for organized, motivated, and problem-solving agents with experience in Waitr/Bite Squad
    Customer Support, Restaurant Support, Driver Support/Dispatch or similar to assist with auditing
    customer and restaurant refunds, processing restaurant credits, and other Support related functions as
    needed. This position requires exceptional communication skills and great attention to detail.

    Essential Functions

    Communicating regularly with Specialized Experience Manager & Retention Team
    1. Auditing and balancing customer refunds and credits
    2. Responding to escalated restaurant inquiries through HubSpot
    3. Researching order disputes for restaurants and processing related credits
    4. Updating Restaurant basic account, tablet login, and financial information as needed
    5. Filtering cancellation of service phone calls from Restaurants and escalating to Retention Team
    6. Other Support functions based on the needs of the company


    Preferred Education and Experience

      1. Detail oriented, support focused, multitasker

      2. Able to communicate clearly and concisely over the phone, email, and chat

      3. A professional with grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proof-reading

      4. In depth knowledge of Waitr and Bite Squad’s Support procedures and policies
