Customer Success Representatives are a lot like 911 dispatchers. They’re cool, calm, and collected. When things get crazy here at Waitr, they’re the ones directing traffic and keeping customers/restaurants from losing their minds. The position ultimately consists of three major parts: Customer Support, Restaurant Support, and Driver Support.
Being a CSR requires dedication, exceptional communication skills, a thick skin and a great sense of humor. We’re looking for motivated CSRs with entrepreneurial mindsets to join our team. Previous employment experience in the restaurant industry or customer service is a must. Call center, retail or hospitality experience is a plus
